A delicious and healthy breakfast served from 8.00 until 9.30 each morning as described under the accommodation tab
Own accommodation in the suite or the cabins as described with tea & coffee facilities
(please note - as a traditional B&B no cooking facilities including microwave are provided in the rooms)
Off street parking
Air conditioners to all rooms - plus ducted heating in the Music Room.
Electric blankets in winter

We have a COVID Safe Plan that will adapt to recommendations and requirements as directed at the time
Maximum number of adult guests
- in the Music Room - 4 (sharing queen sized beds in 2 rooms)
- in the Pepper Tree and Silver Birch Studios - 2
- General - 2 nights
- Long weekends and Easter - 3 nights

As of 1 February 2022 The Musicians Retreat B&B is only operating and available Friday to Sunday nights inclusive - please check the calendar or contact us for availability.

Additional (3rd & 4th) guests $70 per person per night

Each cabin - One or two guests $235 per night (except 24.12.2022 - 31.1.2023 - $250 p/n)
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking
Cancellation with full refund will be available up to 7 days before arrival.
If there is a cancellation within 7 days, the deposit will be retained – UNLESS, & only if, a Government implemented restriction (such as a lockdown or boarder closure) prevents arrival.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no shows will be charged the full booking fee.

If there is a line through a date, at least one room is already booked - go to the start of the line and see which room is being
referred to. So, if there are 3 lines on any date, we are booked out
'Mus BOOKED' indicates the Music Room suite is booked
'Pepp BOOKED' indicates the Pepper Tree Studio is booked
'Sil BOOKED' indicates the Silver Birch Studio is booked
ie. so if a date doesn't show 3 lines of bookings as above - we do have space!

To ensure all guests are comfortable:
Maximum number of adult guests- in the Music Room - 4 adults (sharing queen sized beds in 2 rooms)- in the Pepper Tree and Silver Birch Studios - 2 adults
Like any B&B this is a private home, therefore due respect and care is appreciated
No external visitors can be invited onto the property without permission of the hosts & no visitors can stay over night.
The property is a non smoking, drug free environment.
We have a no pets policy (for both their security and for the protection of our abundant bird life, other local fauna and the gardens :-) )
We have to have a no children policy as the facilities are not set up appropriately.
However if travelling with a small baby (under 6 months) we're happy to welcome them but you will need to provide your own porta-cot if required. Please call first to enquire.
As a traditional hosted B&B - no cooking facilities ( including microwave) are provided. It is our pleasure to serve you the breakfast of the day in the house dining room or on the deck.
We are also conscious of health issues including allergies, etc and therefore request that you please make us aware on booking of any health, dietary requirements or physical issues that we may need to be sure are addressed for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not take last minute bookings. Bookings need to be made no less than 24 hours from our earliest arrival time of 3pm (so day before). This ensures room will be ready on time and in the condition our guests expect.
